Swing Your Sand Wedge to Warm Up When Pressed for Time
We all know that we should warm up properly before we hit the first tee, but don’t always have time. Skipping the warm up makes us susceptible to poor results and risk of injury. Stop with the excuses; everyone can find at least five minutes to warm up before the first tee.
If you are running late, simply take your sand wedge and make 8 to 10 slow motion practice swings increasing the length and pace of each practice swing.
