If working on putting speed, this is a good product. If looking for putting accuracy, you won't get it here. The "seams" throw off your line. For a beginner, works well enough for the price.

I bought this for my daughter's boyfriend since he loves golfing. He lives in a small city apartment and I thought this would be good for putting practice, but not take up too much room. He's says it's OK, but more of a novelty item than a real practice mat because the jigsaw puzzle-like pieces don't fit together well and he can't get a smooth putt.

After much research, my wife bought me this putting green for Christmas. I assembled it the same night, and was pretty dissapointed after using it. The cup is only about 1/2cm deep, and most putts will roll right through it. If you slow the putts down, however, they get caught up in the ridges where the pieces come together, and completely change direction. I'm sending it back for these reasons...

i thought that this putting green would have a "cup" and a way to arrange some way to create an incline. All of this was not possible. It was a disappointment and we are returning this Christmas gift.
